If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns providing you return your goods within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unopened with all original packaging, or show no evidence of being used. Unless found faulty, we will refund the item value excluding the original postage charges on receipt.
Please email us on (bridharper@hotmail.co.uk) with your invoice/confirmation of purchase and the reason for return with the product prior to sending back, and we will confirm the refund status. After receiving your returned goods and they have been found unused, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the account of the corresponding transaction through the original payment method. Please allow for an additional couple of days for your bank to process this.
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
